Mbet Terms and Conditions – Our Platform Usage Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mbet. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the mbet platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mbet platform — whether via website, mobile app, or any other medium — you agree to comply with and be bound by all Terms set out herein.

2Eligibility & Registration

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in immediate account termination.

Mbet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. The KYC process involves submitting valid identity documents such as a national ID or passport along with proof of address.

3User Account

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the mbet platform only. Owning or operating more than one account — whether under your own name, another person's name, or a false identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all such accounts.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your username and account password are kept secure and not shared with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you promptly report unauthorized access to our support team.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the mbet platform are subject to the following policies:

• Deposits may only be made using payment methods approved by mbet. Accepted methods include local bank transfers and digital payment methods supported by the platform.
• Funds deposited into your mbet account are for gaming purposes only and may not be used for any other purpose.

• Bonuses are for the personal use of eligible members only and are non-transferable.

• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or employing strategies considered "bonus abuse" — is a serious violation and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.
• In the event of any discrepancy between translations of bonus terms, the English version shall be the authoritative and binding version.

6Responsible Gaming

• The mbet platform provides self-management tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.
• Users who suspect they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools or contact the support team for assistance.
• Mbet reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close the account of any user showing signs of problem gambling, in the interest of that user's wellbeing.
• Users who choose to self-exclude are not permitted to open a new account for the duration of the exclusion period.

7Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or platform.

• Impersonating mbet staff or other users.
• Posting offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content on any communication platform provided by mbet.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, freezing of funds, and appropriate legal action.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the mbet platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and trade names — is the property of mbet or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content without written authorisation from mbet.
• Using the mbet name, logo, or trademarks for marketing, representation, or any other purpose without authorisation is prohibited.

9Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, mbet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions resulting from system maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control.
• Losses arising from users sharing account information or failing to adopt adequate security measures.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect users' ability to use the platform.

Mbet always strives to ensure the platform operates stably and securely, but cannot guarantee a service entirely free from disruption under all circumstances.

10Privacy & Data Protection

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed as acceptance of the amended terms.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through consultation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable timeframe, it may be referred to arbitration or an alternative dispute resolution mechanism agreed upon by both parties.
